Medical City Fort Worth seeks a Registered Nurse in the ONMS Med Surg department for seasonal PRN night shifts (7pm–7am). You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and document care in the medical record according to unit standards.

Requirements include RN license, Associate Degree, ACLS and BLS within 30 days, and 1 year of experience. This role requires weekend shifts and two holidays during the 32-week period, with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license is required to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• An Associate Degree is required for this role.
• 1+ years of experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond to patient needs quickly and proactively.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up care.
