Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is the exclusive food & beverage partner to DUKE University Athletics, seeking Concessions Supervisors to oversee daily stand operations at Duke University in Durham, NC. The role focuses on staff leadership, food safety, guest service and operations for athletic events.

The position is part-time with weekend game-day shifts; requires strong communication and ServSafe readiness. Competitive pay and benefits align with event schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in leading a concessions operation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a stand after training.
• ServSafe qualified or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate quantity of food/bev and maintain standards.
• Monitor temperatures and sanitation to ensure safety.
• Merchandise and serve food/bev per guidelines; replenish as needed.
• Oversee all stand staff; ensure proper uniforms and check-in/out.
• Maintain sanitation, store operations and inventory records.
