Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance within a UPS facility in the Trenton area. You will train and develop workgroups, uphold high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, and foster cross-level collaboration.

You will implement development plans, ensure safety training and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days a week.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
