Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will train staff, build strong relationships with teams and customers, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across the department.

You will lead resource management to maximize output and efficiency while fostering a collaborative, development-oriented workplace. This seasonal position offers growth opportunities within the UPS network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and comply with regulations.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans to grow department personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, and coaching for staff.
