Job summary

BRP US Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Powersports Test Rider to ride prototype vehicles and evaluate performance and handling in Florida. You will report to the Testing Supervisor and actively contribute to product development.

The role requires at least 1 year of riding experience on a product line, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 40+ hours per week during the peak season, with day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of riding experience on a product line.
• Physically able to operate SSV, ATV, and PWC.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Seasonal Powersports Test Rider (4 Openings - Day/Night Shift Available)

We are looking for a Seasonal Test Rider who will report to the Testing Supervisor, and who'll be tasked with riding prototype vehicles and evaluating vehicle performance and handling. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's product development.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Conduct vehicle testing
• Execute durability tests and perform engineering tests on prototype vehicles
• Evaluate vehicle performance and handling
• Report all findings back to department leaders
• Work 40+ hours per week during the peak season

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of relevant riding experience on a product line
• Physically able to operate SSV, ATV, and PWC vehicles
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to listen and execute instructions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and drive for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work a seasonal role for 40+ hours per week from November - June

Preferred:

• Basic mechanical skills
• Other related credentials such as boater license
• Motorcycle endorsement
• 2 wheel and dirt bike experience
