Job summary

BoxLunch in Peabody, MA is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to help create an amazing customer experience for fellow fans of pop culture. You’ll support the store leadership team, train new hires, and help ensure sales targets are met while keeping the store tidy and visually appealing.

You’ll use your fandom knowledge to assist customers, lead by example on the floor, and step in for store leadership when needed, driving KPIs like UPT and ADT through exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail; passion for pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service.
• Lead on the sales floor when needed and assist store leadership.
• Help drive sales by meeting KPIs and maintaining visual standards.
• Operate the register and manage end-of-day closeout with accuracy.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising, as needed.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management.
• Work with management to prevent theft and maintain stockroom organization.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as required.
