BoxLunch in Manchester, CT is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder who will support store leadership, train new recruits, and help achieve sales targets while sharing a passion for pop culture. You’ll manage shifts, greet customers, operate the POS, assist with merchandising, and keep the store inviting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fandom knowledge and collaborative leadership ability.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Support store leadership and help run the store when needed.
• Understand sales goals and help drive KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Cover assigned areas and participate in opening/closing procedures.
• Operate the register, process sales, and communicate shortages to the manager.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion/music trend information to management and HQ.
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
