Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking a hospitality-driven Seasonal Poolside Service Attendant to join our team. You will maintain pool area cleanliness, arrange chairs, towels and umbrellas, and assist with running food and drinks for guests. This entry-level role supports guest comfort and satisfaction in a luxury setting.

The position is nonexempt and hourly, with a budgeted rate of $18.00 plus gratuity, through Memorial Day 2027, and may extend based on business needs.

Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Seasonal Poolside Service Attendant to join our team!

As a Poolside Service Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs, towels, and umbrellas. You will also assist with running food and drinks, bussing, and ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This is a great entry-level opportunity if you are looking to get your foot in the door with Thompson Hotels!

This is a temporary position anticipated to continue through Memorial Day 2027. The assignment may end earlier or be extended based on business needs and does not create a guarantee of employment for any specific duration.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $18.00 plus additional gratuity. This is the hourly ratefor this position that Thompson Palm Springsreasonably expectsto pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based ona number offactors includingexperience,and education.
