Job summary

Montage International at Montage Big Sky seeks a Recreation Attendant to welcome guests and support the Recreation Department. You’ll help plan programs, maintain pool areas, and ensure a beautiful guest experience by delivering WOW moments daily.

Ideal candidates love the outdoors, enjoy interacting with guests, and are reliable team players who can handle weekend and holiday shifts while upholding the high standards of Montage Big Sky.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors and around pools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the daily operations of the Recreation Department and program planning
• Assist with all rental equipment repairs
• Provide guests with appropriate property information, nature trails, and biking trails
• Complete opening and closing procedures for the Recreation Department
• Maintain and organize facility linen needs
• Complete daily departmental procedures
• Assist with special events, holiday activities, and year-round activities
• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times for members and guests
• Work with the Guest Service Department to assure accurate transfer of information
• Assist with inventories and reconciliations
• Work with necessary departments to ensure the proper marketing and promotion of the facility
• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs
