Montage International seeks a Recreation Attendant – Ski Valet at Montage Big Sky to deliver luxury ski rental, boot fitting, and valet services. You will act as a key guest contact from fitting through daily mountain access, ensuring seamless service and a memorable alpine experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in ski rental operations or ski valet services preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or ultra-luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Experience boot fitting and knowledge of winter sports equipment preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming luxury resort experience.
• Provide professional ski and snowboard boot fitting services for comfort and safety.
• Assist guests with selecting rental equipment based on ability level and conditions.
• Conduct equipment sizing, fitting, and inspections of skis, snowboards, boots, and poles.
• Handle storage, retrieval, transportation, and organization of equipment with care.
• Assist guests with carrying equipment to and from transportation and guest rooms.
• Maintain rental records and process transactions using POS and rental systems.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, organized, and presented to standards.
• Provide information on mountain conditions, trail recommendations, and resort amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the guest experience.
