Job summary

Troon, in partnership with Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a part-time Pool Greeter for a seasonal six-month assignment. The role welcomes guests, greets members, and helps manage the pool area while representing the friendly Troon hospitality.

No prior experience required; training is provided. The position offers $12.75 per hour with healthcare and retirement benefits; regular attendance and a positive, outgoing attitude are valued as you support service staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and escort to tables.
• Record each member entering the pool.
• Seat guests and manage rotation while maintaining guest lists.
• Supervise opening/closing side duties and ensure stations are set.
• Maintain reservations and note special requests.
• Know menu items, prices, and service procedures.
• Keep areas clean and maintain appearance standards.
• Be visible on the dining floor and accessible to guests, staff, and management.
• Check tables daily for proper settings.
• Assist with side work and bussing/cocktail orders.
• Communicate guest requests to the department manager.
• Follow safe work practices.
