Job summary

Troon in North Port, FL is seeking a Part‑Time Pool Attendant to deliver attentive service to members, take and deliver orders when needed, and maintain a clean, safe pool environment. You will enforce all pool rules, manage towel service, and perform regular deck walk-throughs to keep chairs stocked and debris-free while greeting guests with a friendly, professional attitude.

This on-site position at Wellen Park Golf Club pays $17.00 per hour, offers eligibility for healthcare and retirement

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to members by taking orders, delivering items promptly, and ensuring a high level of service at all times.
• Accurately charge purchases to member accounts and properly close out checks.
• Maintain towel service by distributing towels and routinely replenishing clean towels on pool lounge chairs.
• Enforce all pool rules and safety guidelines, including no running, no inflatable toys or rafts, and no motorized devices in the pool.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of the pool deck every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and collecting unattended items such as goggles and towels.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for all members and guests.

Compensation

$17.00 hourly
