Location: Since opening in 1928, our legendary property has been the preferred address for celebrities, royalty, and the international elite, located at Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, offering designer shopping, fine dining, and scenic views.

Position: Seasonal - Full Time at Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel. We seek a Pool Host who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into their work. The role involves shaping guest and employee experiences through exceptional service. The position reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant. Work authorization for the location is required. The role is seasonal, expected to end in late September 2025, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and seat guests professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Work efficiently in high-volume environments, handle multiple tasks, and prepare the host/hostess stand.
• Open the pool for business at the scheduled time.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of the pool, cabanas, and tables.
• Manage menus, develop menu knowledge, and coordinate server sections.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservations, walk-in guests, lost and found items, and seating arrangements.
• Address guest concerns promptly and inform management of issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have computer skills, good communication, at least 2 years of experience, high organizational skills, and fluency in English. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, are essential.

Compensation starts at $25.27 for the first 9 months, increasing to $28.43 afterward, based on contract rates.
