Job summary

A Pool Day LLC is seeking a skilled Pool Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial pool projects from excavation to finish. This full-time seasonal role runs April through November, with hands-on supervision, scheduling, and teamwork across crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The Foreman will read blueprints, enforce safety (OSHA), manage site logistics, and maintain daily reports. Strong leadership, communication, and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in pool construction.
• 1–2 years in foreman or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of pool building processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site pool construction activities from excavation to equipment installation.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient execution.
• Read and interpret construction plans and job specs.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to stay on timeline.
• Report project status and changes to the Project Manager.
• Inspect work for quality and client expectations.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries.
• Resolve conflicts on site professionally.
• Maintain daily labor, materials, and activity reports.
