Job summary

Landmark Aquatic Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee pool construction projects across multiple sites. You will schedule subs, monitor quality, read blueprints, and maintain safe, organized job sites to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have OSHA 30, a clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel. You’ll collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Travel out of town, by vehicle, flying or other means of transportation
• Work Weekends or extended hours if necessary
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Read and understand pool blueprints/plans thoroughly.
• Confidently lay out pool according to plans, to ensure accurate measurements.
• Read and understand rebar drawings and placement.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
