Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper in the Finger Lakes

If you enjoy cleaning and take pride in a sparkling home, we'd love to have you join our housekeeping team. You will professionally clean vacation homes and ensure they are welcoming, clean, and fully stocked for guests.

Position Details

This is a seasonal position, starting as early as 5/12/25 and ending around 10/24/25. Hours vary weekly based on business needs. This role supports properties in the Finger Lakes area.

Compensation

• Piece rate (between $44 and $300 per unit; average $97)
• $23/hour for training, meetings, and non-post reservation cleans

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain properties following company standards
• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing
• Move furniture to clean underneath and behind
• Assist with laundry and replenish supplies
• Create a welcoming environment for guests
• Identify damages and create maintenance tickets
• Collect trash and debris
• Meet housekeeping metrics
• Attend meetings
• Maintain hot tubs (training provided)
• Other duties as needed
