Job summary

RefrigiWear in Dahlonega, GA is hiring reliable Seasonal Picker/Packers to support our Distribution team during our busiest season. This full-time seasonal role offers steady hours, hands-on warehouse experience, and a $2.00-per-hour second-shift premium.

You will pick products, move orders to staging, verify accuracy, scan and pack for shipment, and help us meet daily deadlines. Earn $17.00 per hour with potential overtime and a $300 end-of-season bonus after completing three months of seasonal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing or RF scanning experience is helpful.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner.
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas.
• Verify item and order accuracy.
• Scan and open orders in the warehouse system.
• Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons.
• Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment.
• Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
