RefrigiWear, Inc is hiring reliable, motivated Seasonal Picker/Packers to support our Distribution team during the busiest time. Earn $17.00 per hour, including a $2.00 second-shift premium, with 40 hours per week.

This full-time seasonal role offers steady hours, hands-on warehouse experience, and the opportunity to earn a $300 end-of-season bonus after completing three months. Benefits include overtime and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner.
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas.
• Verify item and order accuracy.
• Scan and open orders in the warehouse system.
• Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons.
• Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment.
• Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines.

RefrigiWear is hiring reliable, motivated Seasonal Picker/Packers to support our Distribution team during our busiest time of the year. This full-time seasonal position offers steady hours, hands-on warehouse experience, a $2.00-per-hour second-shift premium, and the opportunity to earn an additional bonus after completing at least three months of the season.

What You'll Do

• Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas
• Verify item and order accuracy
• Scan and open orders in the warehouse system
• Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons
• Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
• Operate a pallet jack as needed
