Job summary

RefrigiWear in Dahlonega, GA is seeking dependable Seasonal Picker/Packers for full-time seasonal work in our fast-paced distribution center. You will pick products, scan with RF devices, pack and prepare orders for shipment, and maintain accuracy.

This role features a consistent 40-hour week with overtime possible and a $300 end-of-season bonus after three months. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience is helpful.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner.
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas.
• Verify item and order accuracy.
• Scan and open orders in the warehouse system.
• Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons.
• Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment.
• Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines.

What You'll Do
