Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. in Desert Sky Mall, Phoenix, seeks a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help run our Santa photo sets, welcome families, and capture magical moments.

You will provide warm guest service, operate the POS and photography gear, and work a fast-paced holiday environment with flexible scheduling and same-day pay options. Training is provided, with opportunities to return for future seasons and advance within the division.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home ( Photography experience not required ).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
