Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Grapevine Vintage RR to lead a dynamic seasonal team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll support daily photo operations, drive sales, and mentor staff to ensure smooth Santa visits and high-quality photo experiences.

This part-time role requires flexibility, strong communication and guest-service orientation, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Experience leading a team and delivering guest-focused service.
• Comfort with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Availability for pre-season training and 20+ hours per week.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily photo operations and guest service.
• Assist Local Manager with staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select souvenirs.
• Resolve guest issues and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Open/close procedures and inventory with the team.
