Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Southdale Center to help lead the team and ensure every family enjoys a memorable Santa visit and photo experience. You’ll support daily photo operations and drive sales while maintaining exceptional guest service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work 20+ hours per week with opportunities for growth in our holiday and souvenir photography divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or service environment.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to attend pre-season training.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce management policies.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other admin tasks.
