Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL. You’ll support daily photo operations, lead a seasonal team, and drive sales and service excellence to create magical guest experiences.

You’ll work with the Local Manager, hire and train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while delivering outstanding guest service during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold policies.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and escalate IT or management issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
