Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont. You will lead a small team, oversee daily photo operations, and ensure memorable Santa experiences for families.

The role is part-time with a focus on sales excellence, guest service, and smooth store operations during the holiday season. Training and growth opportunities within the souvenir photography division are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily photo operations and oversee site performance.
• Drive sales, ensure guest service excellence, and manage deposits and cash handling.
• Schedule staffing, recruit and onboard team members, and coordinate with venue partners.
• Oversee seasonal setup, break down, and equipment security.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails and maintain high guest satisfaction.
