Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Visalia Mall to lead a team during peak season. You will support daily photo operations, motivate staff, drive sales and guest service, and ensure memorable experiences for families visiting Santa.

This part-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to manage inventory and scheduling with the Local Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations (hiring, inventory, setup, scheduling, training).
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs; photography experience not required.
