Cherry Hill Programs in South Burlington, VT is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at University Mall to lead a small team during peak holiday season. You’ll oversee photo operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest experiences from start to finish.

This part-time role requires strong leadership, scheduling, coaching, and customer service skills, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and per-peak season perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

• Partner with host venues to support efficient operations.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
