Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Augusta Mall to lead a small team, ensure smooth photo operations, and deliver exceptional guest service during peak season. You will support hiring, scheduling, and training while managing daily tasks and inventory in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to return for future seasons within our holiday photography division.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
