Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help manage daily photo operations, motivate staff, and drive sales while ensuring a memorable Santa visit and high-quality photo experiences for families.

You will participate in opening/closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and training, with opportunities for continued growth within our holiday division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to attend pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and assist guests in selecting memories to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
