Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead a seasonal team behind the scenes of memorable Santa visits and photo experiences.

You will support opening-day setup, recruit and train seasonal staff, manage daily operations, assist guests with photo selections, and ensure top-tier guest service from start to finish. You will thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, embracing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while promoting team development and reliable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Able to lift/carry equipment and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
