Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead a seasonal team delivering memorable Santa visits and photo experiences. You will support daily photo operations, motivate staff, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service from start to finish.

You'll participate in hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures while upholding company values and policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Experience in cash handling and sales transactions preferred.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to train pre-season and manage inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager in leading the team responsible for photo operations and guest experience.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select souvenirs, ensuring great service.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate IT or management issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
