Fox Pest Control in Texas is seeking a Seasonal Entry-Level Pest Control Technician. You’ll be on the road visiting customers, delivering on-site pest control services, and building trustful relationships with clients while providing solutions to keep homes and businesses pest-free.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training through our Technician Pathway Program, with competitive pay, a company vehicle, and opportunities for promotion and career growth within a fast-expanding company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A positive, people-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes.
• Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
• A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action.
• Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely.
• Prior pest control experience or certification (preferred, but not required!).
• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on the road delivering pest control services with a professional, friendly manner.
• Prepare customized treatments for each customer based on their needs.
• Document services provided and offer tailored long-term protection recommendations.
• Maintain efficiency between customers and stay focused and energetic throughout the day.
