Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a seasonal entry-level Pest Control Technician in Texas to visit customers and deliver pest control services, while building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding service.

You will document services provided, prepare customized treatments, and offer recommendations for long-term pest protection. Training is provided, and a clear growth path exists through the Technician Pathway Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, people-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, perform outdoor manual labor, and follow service routes.
• Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
• Desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action.
• Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely.
• Prior pest control experience or certification (preferred, but not required).
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on-site to deliver pest control services.
• Document services performed and provide tailored recommendations for long-term protection.
• Prepare customized treatments for each customer based on their pest control needs.
• Maintain efficiency between appointments and keep a professional, energetic day on the road.
