Job summary

Fox Pest Control is hiring a Seasonal Entry-Level Pest Control Technician. You will be out on the road visiting customers, delivering pest control services and building relationships while providing top-tier customer service.

The Technician Pathway Program offers hands-on training and real skills for future career growth. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing customized treatments, documenting services, and offering long-term protection recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A positive, people-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes.
• Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
• A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action.
• Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely.
• Prior pest control experience or certification (preferred, but not required!).
• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert pest control services and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Prepare customized treatments for each customer based on their needs.
• Document services provided and offer tailored recommendations for long-term protection.
