Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Seasonal Entry-Level Pest Control Technician in Texas. You will travel to customer sites to deliver pest control services, build trusted relationships, and provide effective solutions to keep homes and businesses pest-free.

You will document services, offer tailored recommendations, and grow through the Technician Pathway Program with paid training and clear promotion milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive, people-first attitude essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform outdoor manual labor.
• Passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn pest activity, explain to customers, and take action.
• Follow service protocols and apply products safely.
• Pest control experience or certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on-site and deliver expert pest control services.
• Greet customers professionally and prepare customized treatments.
• Document services performed and provide tailored long-term protection recommendations.
• Maintain efficiency between customers and stay energetic throughout the day.
