Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in the Mother Baby unit. This per diem, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM shift role offers flexibility with a 12- to 24-week commitment and the chance to float across hospital areas as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an FL RN license (ASN), with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, and is prepared to work 36 hours weekly across three 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in FL (ASN) with current license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as required by unit.
• Seasonal/nursing pool contract with per diem schedule and 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week options.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (36 hours/week).
• Provide bedside care in the Mother Baby unit during the seasonal pool.
