St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse for Pediatric Medical-Surgical care. The RN will provide clinical expertise, assess patients, and support families through care decisions.

You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, supervise non-licensed staff, and promote patient education while following policies and standards of care. Seasonal position ends 2027-03-31; 72 hours per pay period.

Formación

• RN licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• PALS within 6 months of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments following standards and protocols.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed staff.
• Educate patients and families, addressing age- and culture-specific needs.
