DJ's Landscape is seeking a Seasonal Payroll Administrator in Grand Rapids, MI to support the Operations Team from November through March. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling time sheets, monitoring approvals, and handling related data entry, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers part-time hours with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week, and paid training provided. Flexible scheduling may be required based on weather and business needs.

Competenze

• High-School Diploma required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management
• Ability to develop positive rapport with fellow Team Members
• Efficient and accurate data entry
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well on a team across departments
• Ability to produce high-quality work while completing tasks with specific deadlines
• Must be flexible, able to work a varied schedule dependent on weather, with occasional weekend work

• Process and reconcile Time Sheets submitted by Operations Team Members
• Monitor and approve digital time sheets and perform data entry as needed
• Ensure accurate recording of time worked, activities, tasks, materials, and sites visited
• Perform other duties as assigned
