Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate for our International Plaza location in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience, greeting customers, and assisting with daily sales tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing transactions, learning current promotions, and supporting merchandising and displays while maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with Buckle policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist merchandising tasks such as preparing displays up to heights of ten feet, organizing fixtures and shelving, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable; adhere to Code of Ethics and Buckle policies.
