Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate for its on-site location at International Plaza in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on providing an enjoyable guest experience and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions with the POS system, and assisting with merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized store. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Retail environment suitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate POS software and complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays up to ten feet high.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
