Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate at our Westfield Countryside location in Clearwater, FL. You will greet guests, answer questions, operate the POS, and help maintain a welcoming and organized selling floor.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to Buckle’s policies and safety standards, with opportunities to assist with merchandising and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and store policies.
• Monitor security and prevent theft where possible.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Support team and perform special projects as assigned.
