Job description

Job Title : Seasonal Part-Time Retail Sales

Job Description : We are looking for a part-time retail sales person who LOVES fabric, and quilts, and helping people! This will start as a temporary position in Turin/Senoia, GA to cover the last quarter holidays (2026) through the end of March (we have several events we are vending), with the possibility of extension on a quarterly basis.

Our ideal candidate:

• Flexible schedule: MUST be available November 2026 - March 2027, especially Black Friday and that Saturday.
• GREAT communicator - in-person, phone, text, email - you'll be communicating with your co-workers AND customers
• Experience sewing, but lots of bonus points if you have made quilts and bags because we get questions about those most! We don't require any particular level of experience, but knowing when to give and get advice is important.
• Great at cutting fabric, with a rotary cutter, of course!
• Great atreceiving directions and feedback - we love ideas, butwe also have ideas that need to be executed per our specs for program requirements and event deadlines.
• Basic experience with Windows computers and a cool head about it... hey, sometimes a little troubleshooting is needed when the internet acts up and that is always when a customer is standing in front of us!
• Loves silent phone notifications - we love for our focus to stay on our customers instead of the group text ;)
• VERY punctual!

Benefits:

• Employee discounton most retail products!
• Discounted long-arm quilting service
• Sundays and Mondays off, UNLESS there is an event (like shop hop)
• You'll make a lot of new friends!
