Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Product Program Assistant in Dallas, TX to support the Product Sales Team with customer service, event coordination and administrative tasks. The role involves assisting with program delivery, scheduling, volunteer management and data collection to ensure successful product programs.

The position requires strong verbal and written communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to work 20–29 hours per week.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to members of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.
• Provide accurate, efficient and helpful support to internal and external customers of the Product Sales Team.
• Secure retail booth sale agreements in person, over the phone and by email.
• Complete administrative tasks that support event, reward, training, etc. (calls, faxes, texts, mailings, compiling spreadsheets, editing records).
• Ensure customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with coordination and delivery of programs associated with Product Sales, including scheduling, registration, volunteer management, and program/event implementation.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Programs Assistant will be responsible for customer service, projects and administrative tasks supporting the successful execution of the Girl Scout Product Programs. The incumbent will serve as a representative of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and should possess great verbal and written communication skills.

This position is a Seasonal Part-time positions that ranges from 20-29 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide excellent customer service to members at large of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.
• Provide accurate, efficient and helpful support to internal and external customers of the Product Sales Team.
• Secure retail booth sale agreements in person, over the phone and confirm via phone, email, mail, etc.
• Complete administrative tasks that support event, reward, training, etc. This includes but is not limited to calls, faxes, texts, mailings, compiling spreadsheets, editing records, etc.
• Ensure customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
• Promote customer service focus and approach in all areas of job performance.
• Compile data and reports, upon request, in a timely manner.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of programs associated with Product Sales, including scheduling, registration, volunteer management, and program/event implementation.

OTHER

• Must be able to travel within established geographic areas and council service centers, as necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers’ license and meet GSNETX driving record & automobile insurance requirements.
• Performs other duties and administrative functions, as assigned.
• Must be 25 or older.
• Must be insurable under the council’s auto insurance policy, which requires a safe driving record and a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, strong interpersonal skills.
• Expected to work a flexible schedule that will include mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Highly organized and efficient in accomplishing work tasks.
• Regular and prompt attendance required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
