Job summary

Target in Florida is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to pick, pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests. Roles include following safety policies, attending trainings, and ensuring accurate merchandise processing.

Shifts include Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:30AM-3:30PM and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10:30AM-4:30PM. Starting pay is $21.30 per hour, with a pay range of $21.30 to $25.08 per hour, plus potential shift differentials of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour if eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies and instructions.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Current shift openings at this location: Seasonal Warehouse Associate Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:30AM-3:30PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10:30AM-4:30PM

Warehouse Associate roles starting at $21.30 per hour. The pay range is $21.30 to $25.08 per hour.

You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

As a progression TM, there is an opportunity to grow your pay based on your tenure in your role.

Job Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.


• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.


• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.


• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.


• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).


• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.


• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.


• Good written and oral communication skills.


• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
