Job summary

Target Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team. The role requires following safety policies, packing, loading and shipping items to stores and guests, and maintaining an orderly work area.

The shift runs Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 12:00PM to 9:30PM. Starting pay ranges from $20.75 to $23.25 per hour with potential shift differential based on eligibility, and opportunities to grow with tenure.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Able to read labels, tickets and other product documentation.
• Able to perform basic math tasks required for packing and inventory.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Work well in a team and independently to meet daily targets.

Warehouse Associate

Shift Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12:00PM-9:30PM

Warehouse Associate roles starting at $20.75 per hour. The pay range is $20.75 to $23.25 per hour. Warehouse Worker roles starting at $22.75 per hour. The pay range is $22.75 to $26.83 per hour. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. As a progression TM, there is an opportunity to grow your pay based on your tenure in your role.

What does a role as a Warehouse Associate look like?

Job Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
