Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work with local store teams, manage product placement, and maintain inventory at Hallmark departments across participating retailers. The role involves independent work, in-store engagement, and seasonal resets with occasional cross-brand opportunities.

You will operate a handheld device, restock shelves, and collaborate with store staff while supporting holidays and reset projects. This is a part-time position with a flexible, variable weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory using Hallmark’s mobile device; ensure display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, fixtures, relocations and remodels; notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
