Job summary

George Dunne National Golf Club in Oak Forest, IL is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Staff for a seasonal role lasting up to six months. Compensation is $9.00-$9.50 per hour plus tips, with a schedule of 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include operating and stocking the beverage cart, serving on the course, processing transactions at POS, and upholding golf-course etiquette. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, ability to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol, regular

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Able to work flexible shifts with a hospitality-oriented attitude.
Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and SOPs.
Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
Serves food and beverage items to guests on the course.
Responds to customer questions regarding facility information.
Operates POS system and handles cash transactions, including daily sales reports.
Communicates guest concerns to management.
Performs other duties as required.
