Recruiting for Safelite in the South Atlantic and Florida Regions

Join Safelite as a Customer Advocate and make a memorable first impression with our customers. This role involves managing administrative tasks, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, greeting customers, and handling inbound calls and emails. We focus on building a fulfilling career while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome customers and resolve concerns efficiently, often creatively
  • Manage calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, and more
  • Ensure smooth operations by verifying insurance, managing work orders, and handling administrative tasks
  • Review and process orders, invoices, and credit memos
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of telephone or business administration experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and PPE compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
