Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds and landscaping of the county park properties.
• Paints the interior and exterior of buildings and equipment.
• Opens, closes and secures county buildings or park property as directed.
• Repairs and cleans sidewalks and other outdoor surfaces.
• Picks-up and/or delivers goods and equipment as required, using a county vehicle.
• Removes ice and snow from sidewalks and other areas.
• Moves equipment and materials as required.
• Performs custodial or security work as required.
• Troubleshoots and performs minor repairs to equipment.
• Performs carpentry and plumbing tasks as required.
• Installs and maintains equipment and lights.
