Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Regular bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Some locations require a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Cares for park property with lawn care, minor construction and repairs.
• Maintains plumbing fixtures and basic laundry equipment, and conducts minor repairs.
• Constructs or renovates buildings, fences, doors, floors and other fixtures as needed.
• Operates and maintains equipment used in park maintenance and construction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
