Qualifications

• One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and lift/move objects as needed.
• PA residency requirement and ability to work scheduled holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility repairs on park buildings and structures using basic trade tools.
• Maintain lawns, trails and outdoor areas; perform grounds maintenance.
• Care for and operate vehicles and equipment used in park operations.
• Assist with marina systems installation and repair as needed.
• Support simple construction tasks like forming, cement work, and cleanup.
• Provide helpful information to park visitors and respond to inquiries.
